As originally known, Swafford Remodeling was established in 1958 in Dayton, OH. Our group of master carpenters and cabinet makers focused the business on a wide spectrum of residential projects throughout the Miami Valley. Some of these original customers are still customers today.
As the company grew, Swafford Remodeling became Swafford Construction Company LLC and relocated to Troy, OH where it is currently located. Today, Swafford Construction is a leading General Contractor with over 50 years of experience and more than 5000 projects completed. Swafford’s commitment to excellence is found throughout the Miami Valley. Swafford Construction has expanded from residential projects to include a variety of commercial projects from retail, medical, institutional, industrial and professional. The residential projects involve custom whole house renovation or room additions and garages. Swafford’s versatility and lasting value have made its mark on the region.
